| What I want to talk about is whether you should | | | | manage something, or just attend a conference .. and |

| overestimate what we can do in a week, and | | | | Now, I'm not saying everyone should learn Spanish |
| underestimate what we can do in a decade. Just | | | | even if they are really not interested. What I am |
